Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent option for on the go! I bought this for a trip knowing I’d have limited access to an outlet and needed something small for easy storing. I was beyond impressed at its efficiency despite being able to pump only one side at a time. Highly recommend!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Pump This pump is better than the one I ordered from my insurance company. I should have ordered the double pump from you all. Ever since I started using this product I've gotten more milk. It so portable and easy to use even in the car!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what I was hoping for I bought the medela swing single breast pump, because it was the only one all the nearby pharmacies carry. I wasn’t planning on pumping, but when I gave birth to my late preterm, i had no choice. I used the Symphony in the hospital which cracked my nips and the swing is just as agonizing. It spills milk often (the seal of the suction cap opens while pumping), it takes FOREVER to pump (at least an hour or more) and it’s not confortable (I’ve tried many settings). This pump is best suited for the occasional pumping mom, maybe. I’ve already had a few lumps in my breasts, because it’s not good at emptying my milk. It also cost a good chunk of change, despite having coverage from my insurance (I would have rather invested in something better). I also think the bottles that come with it are cheap and the bottle head gives my baby gas.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rubbish totally overpriced ! I can honestly say I’ve been nothing but disappointed with these. I brought two swing pumps as I have premature twins needing breast milk in NICU. The suction is very weak and can take a while to fill bottles, milk gets stuck in the tubing which is very hard to clean out, upon taking off the back I’ve realised this milk gets sucked into a sponge inside the pump - a breeding ground for bacteria, mine was actually black! Totally disgusted that there isn’t an mandatory advisory on how to clean or even an awareness that this happens unless you’re looking at FAQs online! I certainly won’t be giving my babies any milk pumped with these machines and I won’t be wasting any more money on them. I would also appreciate a private response from Medela regarding this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from After 2 weeks of usage, the pump stopped working I bought the swing pump this month. Unfortunately, after 2 weeks of great experience, the pump stopped working. The milk enters to the tubing and doesn't go to the bottle. I am really upset, since I bought it in U.S. but I don't live in the states. I don't know what to do.

Why my Swing bump can work well with batteries, however when it works with the adapter, only the light flashes and the bump doesn’t vibrate?
