Certified Nursing Center - My Little Juel/Merry Go Round
My Little Juel/Merry-Go-Round carries the full line of Medela breastfeeding and intimate apparel products. We have a dedicated Lactation Room for providing breastfeeding support and bra fittngs. We have two Lactation Educators on staff, and provide breastfeeding support and education to local moms. We also refer to our local IBCLC Lactation Consultant when needed (Alisa Neiderstadt). We are a Medela Breast Pump Rental station with 28 rental pumps in inventory. We provide a breastfeeding support group for local moms, and work With our local birth center to provide breastfeeding education as part of their childbirth course. We keep the full stock of Medela Education materials available to our moms.
Studies have shown that moms who are provided with support have a much more successful and rewarding breastfeeding experience. The Medela Certified Nursing Center program helps ensure that moms get the best information and support available to make their breastfeeding experience successful. Certified Nursing Centers have experienced personnel who can provide expert advice on everything from fitting a bra to what pump to choose. With breastfeeding specialists on staff to answer questions, new mothers can feel more comfortable and confident with breastfeeding.
