I purchased my Pump in Style about 5 years ago. My first child had problems latching on and I used my pump soley for seven months with her. I have had my second child and she breastfeeds but I still pump about twice a day. I called customer service because my adaptar was not working correctly and they mailed me a new apadtar at no charge. The same phone call I asked about purchasing new tubing because my had gotten moldy. I was transfered another customer service agent and after learning I live in a small town in Montana about 2 hours away from the nearest town to purchase new tubing, she mailed me new tubing at no charge and even mailed it priorty!! A wonderful pump with wonderful customer service to back it up. I plan on using it with my future childern, as well. Thank you so much.
