I use the microsteam bags usually, but I'll be staying at a hotel this weekend that doesn't have a microwave in the room. The wipes seem to replace soap/water washing, so I'm assuming it doesn't sanitize, but wanted to ask if anyone knows? Or suggestions for my hotel stay?

there's no definitive research for breastmilk; I refrigerate unfinished milk for later use the rest of the day and if not used, then I dump it. I would not freeze milk that was offered and not finished. Formula should have instructions; not sure, but I think within a few hours?

you can combine milk within a 24 hour period; I don't freeze milk, but I thought I read somewhere that you should freeze within 12 or 24 hours?

the flange size has to do w/ the nipple size, not your bra size. Look at the photos online or in the booklet included w/ the pump for the way the breastshield should fit to determine your breastshield size. It should fill the opening, but not be squished in or rubbing and hurting when the pump is going if that makes any sense.

there is no clinical test results on warmed milk. I figure that since you can leave breast milk out for 5 hours, I've left warmed milk out for up to 5 hours at room temp, even if my son has tried to eat from it, and he seems fine - never got sick.
