I was wondering if you ever figured out the problem. I'm currently experiencing the same thing, plenty of milk during the first let down and then it usually stops when it moves into the next phase. It's very frustrating.

Someone told me to replace the membranes every 3 months.

I think I switched to level 2 when my son was about 5 months old.

I have the PIS and always pump around 3am since my son usually sleeps through the night. I rarely find time to pump during the day. Recently I went from pumping 4 oz with my right breast to pumping 1 - 2 oz. I'm not sure why this has happened. I can tell that my breast is not emptying b/c it still feels heavy. Has anyone else experienced this ...
