My own experience only - My last child I gave breastmilk to exclusively for 11 months after returning to work at 16 weeks.  I used the newborn nipples the entire time.  My reasoning was that in order to simulate what she was getting when nursing, it made more sense to me to stick with the slower flow.  It's different from formula, when you need to ...

I just starting pumping again at work with my second child and my PIS. I found a kit at Babies R Us that had bottles, shields, and membranes. It didn't have the tubing though.

I put the yellow plastic things on the bottles that allow them to stand up. I use these to help perch the bottles on my legs so that I have my hands free while pumping.
