Well, I didn't get anything back from Medela and I sent them a message from their ''contact us'' tab. So, what I have done from here on out is, everytime I go to use my pump, I make sure that the back of the membrane is not wet or sticky. If it is, I rinse it in water and the dry it. That has helped and I haven't had that milk backing up into ...

Yep, I'm definitely separating the membrane from the yellow part and rinsing that membrane itself. But, I will contact customer service and see what they say. Thanks for your help!! :-)

Having gestational diabetes, I learned how to control my food. I actually lost weight while pregnant and the day I delivered I was still under my pre-pregnancy weight by 3lbs. I actually do wash the pump every time I use it. That's what's so frustrating to me. I could see if I didn't clean it that it would stick, but it sticks almost every time I pump now. FRUSTRATING!!! Thanks for your advice though!

Sick of milk pumping into the tube....

almost every morning when I pump, the membrane won't allow milk to go into the bottle and it ends up in the tube. what a freakin mess. anyone else have that or maybe know how to fix it???
