Those are all awesome ideas...the only other thing I would add would be that if you are pumping away from your daughter, then look at a picture of her...sometimes that also helps with the letdown. Also, a lactation consultant, or someone from La Leche Leauge might be able to weigh her and give you a thumbs up, which might also help with your ...

I always use a kitchen towel or something like around the yellow part, and then pull. It makes it much easier!
