Lactation Consultants will tell you that what you are describing is completely normal. Nearly everyone has one breast that produces more than the other, and it can be quite significant (one produces 3-4x as much for me). There is no need for them to be even - if baby is pooping and peeing enough then they are getting plenty.

Don't feel guilty about a cup or two - they allow you that much even if you donate. Just watch your little one and see what is too much. My son doesn't seem affected at all until I have about 5 cups (or two large lattes), but then he gets jittery. The reason milk banks will not accept milk from fenugreek-taking moms is because fenugreek can mess with blood sugar levels in preemies. It is actually used as an anti-diabetic in the Middle East (it lowers blood sugar).
