I would stay away from Fenugreek, it too upset my stomach, and although my babies doctor said it was fine to take, the mothers milk bank will not take your milk donation if you used Fenugreek. They will take the donation if you have taken Reglan.
This reason alone makes me wonder about Fenugreek, however with Reglan, I experiance depression ...
