How safe and effective is Fenugreek? I am considering taking it but would like to know of other people's expierence with it. I am pumping and my milk supply is low. My baby was never able to latch on and I was looking for ways to increase my milk supply. Does anyone have any advice?

I have been pumping for about 3 weeks now. The first week I didn't get much milk supply, but by the 2nd week I was pumping 1-3 ounces each time. Now I am barely getting anything. Is there anything I can do to increase milk supply? My baby was never able to latch on so I am strictly pumping and supplementing, but would like to supplement less.

Does Medela or anyone else make a comfortable bra thar holds the bottles while you pump so you can have your hands free to do other things?
