Oh, it ended up being fine! I did go 8 hours w/out pumping and just felt a little full and tingly by the time I got back to my baby. No big deal. Thanks again! Yeah, I'm trying to be more relaxed while pumping to see if that helps. I put a small lamp in the room I pump in for dim lighting versus the overhead flourescent lighting (yuck). I'm also closing my eyes and massaging more and thinking about my baby more. I had been (shamefully) playing games on my cell phone or calling people ...
