Hello, I was taking Fenugreek for about a week and a half, and it gave both me and my son stomach problems, he would get so gassy and fussy because of it. About 4 days after i stopped taking it he was back to his happy little self again, and i didn't even notice an increase in my supply while i was taking it over even after i stopped.

Hello, my son is 14 weeks now, and i have been pumping exclusively since birth due to latch problems, and i have always struggling with a low supply. I was wondering what is the proper way of pumping to ensure that my breast is completely empty? And is it to late to keep trying to get my supply up?
