Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product This thing tries to replace the woman's nipples and it does an amazing job at it. If you try to switch from a regular feeding bottle to this the baby will reject it at first because he/she needs to work harder for the milk. Very much like a real tit. If you do not pay attention when assembling it you will get it wrong. If assembled correctly IT WILL NOT SPILL. I've been using calma bottles for my son for 3 years now. We switched to calma from his 4'th day from a regular feeding bottle and it was hard for about 3 days until he got use to it. We are now at the 7'th bottle I think and not one ever spilled or got clogged up. If yours gets clogged up you are either not mixing the formula right, or you do not store the breast milk properly. Or you don't clean it correctly. The only downside is you cannot buy the silicone tops separately. My boy chewed through 3 tops when his teeth started to come out and I could only find the whole set to buy. And where I'm from one bottle with top costs $20-30. And still I think it's worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing! I bought this for when I went back to work. I didn’t want my son to have any confusion while feeding. I have four of them, and I have recommended them to all my friends (who love them and swear by them too). The person who posted about the cap coming off clearly did not assemble it and/or put it on correctly. I have four.. been using them for five months.. never had a single issue. The only time it has leaked is because it was not placed correctly. To removed, and reattach.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Interesting Invention I bought this expensive bottle in Target 2 days ago, and was pretty excited to try it. However when I put it in the side pocket of the diaper bag and got to the baby sitter, the nipple and nipple cover were nowhere to be found. It disconnected en route. I had no way for the sitter to feed the baby, hence the 2 star rating. I lost an hour of work replacing the bottle. will see what Medela could do for me, and repost what happens after . I hope they figure out a better way of connecting the nipple to the bottle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST NIPPLE EVERRRR This nipple 100% makes baby a better feeder! I have 1 inverted nipple and it was impossible to get my son to latch, even with a nipple sheild which i think was a bit confusing for him. But even after useing this bottle for a day he had such a fierce latch that there was no need for a sheild or anything to help him latch which made nursing much easier and made mama very happy

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for breastfeeding moms My son was born 2.5 weeks early and was too weak in the jaw to get enough milk from me when nursing. I purchased the calms bottle and started using it at a few days old and it has helped him gain the strength to nurse off of me 100% now that he is a month old. I would highly recommend it for nursing mommas as it makes the baby pull the milk out of the bottle the same was as it takes to nurse off of momma. No nipple confusion here!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor design I bought several calma bottles and nipples in the beginning thinking they would prevent nipple confusion while I worked on bringing in my breastmilk. Unfortunately no man made product will be exactly like a mother’s nipple so after a while, my baby would only take the bottle. Then they started to leak. The collars seem to crack over time and the airlock breaks. I’ve tried several times to switch my baby to other bottles but he will only take these. So I’m stuck spending a ridiculous amount of money on bottles and nipples that I know will eventually spill milk all over the place. It’s the most annoying feeling to be half awake in the middle of the night feeding your baby and as you take the bottle from his mouth and stand it upright, it soaks your hand and shirt in milk. Frustrating.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Gimicky Poor thread design of the cap made me think it was screwed on tightly when it was not. After that the milk was spilled all over my baby.
