I've been pumping for the last 5 months with no problem. I bought this kit (I normally use 24 mm like what comes in this kit) and for whatever reason milk consistently backs up in the shield & drips all over despite me basically dangle pumping to try to stop it. Boo.

How on earth are you supposed to double pump hands free if the shields don't come off? It is only written in very small print on the back of the box that the shields are "one piece". I'm very unhappy to have wasted my money on a product I can't return and can't use. I needed a separate set of shields and valves for pumping at work and I would have just purchased the valve sets separately for $20, instead I spent $25 to get the bottles too and it's a waste.

I purchased this product and two XL breast shields, just to find that you cannot plug in the breast shields DESPITE the box talking about using the different size shields. What the? What the?

It's disappointing that the size is 24 mm in this kit. I wish Medela made another kit with the 27 mm size (and other sizes) to cover all their customers. This is unfair, and I am disappointed in Medela.

I wanted this kit really badly because I pump so much and washing the one set that came with the pump was annoying. However, I use a 30mm flange no a 24mm. After purchasing this, I found out that the flange and connector do not come apart! What good is this to anyone who doesn't use size 24mm flange? Very disappointing that Medela didn't consider all of their customers when developing this package.
