Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love the 2 modes (expression and let down) I am so glad I received this pump. The pump I was using from a different brand only had one setting. This Medela pump has two and it makes pumping SO much more efficient. This machine is compact, it's relatively quiet, and it works great. I really enjoy the speed/power setting knob that lets you adjust the power to your needs. I am the most impressed with the 2 stage setting. I was able to pump more quickly and get the same if not more than I would with the pump brand I had been using. I would 100% recommend this product, and I actually have to one of my pregnant friends. The bottles and the shield all put together is not heavy, so it makes it easy to hold. If you are searching for a great breast pump, I don't think you could go wrong with this one.

I bought this pump for my second baby and it was super helpful for me to pump at work and be able to continue feeding my baby with the best possible nutrion. This Pump is portable, easy to use and Very effective! It is such a life saver and a blessing! absolutely recommend this Product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pump and amazing customer service I got this pump supplied by my insurance in the hospital, and I exclusively pump for my son. I have tried many other pumps, ones highly recommended, but my body responds the best to this one. I have made it almost a year exclusively pumping with my pump in style advance. I had an issue where my pump was losing suction, and made a clicking noise, and when I called customer service they had a new pump shipped for me and arrived the next day. They paid shipping to ship the other one back as well. No questions asked, they are hands-down the best to work with. I highly recommend this pump.

Since this pump has a battery pack, does that mean you can take it in the go and pump without an outlet?

The 8-count battery pack is separate from the breast pump unit and requires 8AA batteries. It's a great option for more portable pumping! Does the pump have to be plugged while using it?

Hi Kelsey--- Yes, unless you choose to use the 8-count battery pack with it. The 8-count battery pack will require a total of 8AA batteries. We recommend using rechargeable AA batteries. Have a great day!

I have the advanced personal double pump and received a breastpump bag at my baby shower. It doesn’t fit in the bag with the pump still in the black/Velcro “bag” it came in. It is safe to place and use the pump without the black/Velcro “bag“ it came in?

My wife is having a issue with the punp and not getting a good amount of milk while pumping., any suggestions??

Hi Skie--- We're sorry to hear that. Below are a few scenarios to consider. 1. If she is finding that the breast pump produces a strong suction, but she is unable to express breast milk, we would suggest taking a closer look at the sizing of the breast shield. Our breast shield sizing guide can be found here: www.medelabreastshields.com. 2. If the suction strength of the breast pump is functioning well, she has properly fitted breast shields, and also notices low milk expression when breastfeeding, then we would suggest reaching out to a lactation consultant for further suggestions. 2. If she feels as though the suction strength is low and she is unable to express breast milk, then please reach out to our team so that we may further troubleshoot with you.
