How To Order Spare Parts
There are four easy ways to purchase spare parts:
1. Purchase them through a Medela retailer - It's possible a local Medela retailer may carry product piece parts. Call 1-800-TELL-YOU (800-835-5968) or visit our Store Locator, to find a location near you. You may access this number 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After choosing your category, you can enter the Zip Code and the closest locations to you will be displayed.
2. Call in your order to Customer Service - Should you need to order through us, you can call our Customer Service Team at 1-800-435-8316
3. Email Customer Service - You can also email us at customer.service@medela.com and let us know which spare part you need
4. Order Spare Parts Online - Order direct from Medela using the online tool
All Medela breastpumps and other misc products have spare parts available on the product detail pages. Simply visit the product category page and find the product you are interested in. Spare parts are located at the bottom of the detail page.
Our Hours: We are open from 7:30am-8pm Central time Monday-Friday and also from 8:00am-12:00pm on Saturdays.
Note: There are Occasional Saturdays that we are closed and those Saturdays that fall into holiday weekends.
