    What is the most current research on cleaning the pump parts exposed to milk. Also what is the most current recomendation on sterilizing?

    I use the Medela Quick Clean bags. You just follow the directions on the bag and it cleans the parts in the microwave. You can use the bags up to 10 times. I thought they were pretty reasonable. I believe you get 5 bags in a box for 5.99 and thats 100 uses out of each box.
