I recently began wearing a breast shield to help my nipples. My daughter was born on Sunday and my milk has finally come in. I can tell when the milk leaks into my shield. If I immediately poor this milk into a bottle and store properly can it be used or use I dispose of it. The majority of the people I asked said if the milk has not been sitting in the shield for 2 or 3 hours then I should store and use it for later. If it has to dispose of it. I was curious on everyone's thoughts.
