So you should only heat it once. I know the feeling thinking about having to dump it when it is SO hard to keep up the supply for her to have enough! My only suggestion, as much of a pain as this will be, is if she takes between 4 & 5 ounces at a feeding, only heat up 4 oz., and if she still seems hungry, to heat up another ounce, that way if she doesn't want more than 4 oz you aren't wasting a whole ounce. I hope this helps!

"Reusing" expressed milk?

If I pump and refrigerate, then reheat later to feed my daughter - and she doesn't consume all of the reheated bottle, can I put the leftovers back in the fridge and feed to her at the next feeding? I've read that this refrigerated BM can be reheated - but how many times? I am a working mom, so most of my BM is refrigerated before my daughter eats. She is between 4 and 5 oz. per feeding (she doesn't always take 5 oz). It breaks my heart to think that I'd have to dump out an ounce or more that she didn't finish.
