  • Tech Support for Pump In Style Advanced

     Hello,

    I was pumping this morning and when I went to turn my pump off it would not  turn off. I had to unplug it before it would shut off. I tried shutting it off several times, but it wouldn't. Does anyone know what this could be? How do I reach Medela's Tech support? If they have to fix my pump do they give you one to use while yours is getting fixed? Any info would help! Thanks

    You should call Customer Service, if you haven't already. They can help you out over the phone.

    I have never had that happen to me. There is a warranty to be "free from defects in material and workmanship" for 90 days and 1 year for pump mechanism. I don't know how long you have had the pump but call Medela customer service at 1-800-435-8316 and ask what your rights are under the warranty. Hope this helps.

     I called Medela tech support and they were very frinedly and helpful! I told them what was the matter and they sent me a brand new pump next day! That was awesome! Great customer service!
