Medela — #1 Choice of Hospitals and Mothers

When I am using the pump, it will randomly shut off for no apparent reason every couple minutes. I will turn it off for a few seconds, and it will usually start back. Any idea of what could be wrong? It does it on both battery and electric power.

i have the medela swing pump and i have the same problems. at first it was every now and then, but now, it shuts off when the unit isn't laying straight or just shortly after a few pumps. is there anywhere to get the unit looked at/repaired?
