How often do you replace the membranes for the PISA? I have been exclusively pumping for 8 weeks now and it seems like I am not pumping as well...

I don't know for sure how often you are supposed to replace them, but I have only replaced them when they were torn or the couple of occasions where I accidentally dropped one down the sink drain or lost one.

Someone told me to replace the membranes every 3 months.
