Medela — #1 Choice of Hospitals and Mothers

Does any one know what happened to this model. it has a tan/khaki bag. I had one a couple of years ago but it isnt even on the medela site anymore..the only place you can find them is on ebay..did medela discontinue it? was it recalled. I ask because the people selling them say they are 2008 models..if that were true they should be on this website right?? It only has three suction speeds but it does have the let down button..any info about this would be appreciated. THANKS!!!

 This was a Limited Edition product, 2007 I believe. It is a personal use pump, so there are health risks with sharing. There are no new ones available, and my guess would be Medela would not honor the warranty since it has not been available for over a year.

Hi, this is the pump that the WIC office gives out which is probably why they say it is an '08.  I got mine this year which would make it an '09... 

It is manufactured for and sold by medical supply companies. I was actually just on the phone with someone this morning getting information about it. It is a Pump In Style Advanced, but like previously stated, made specifically for medical supply companies (such as ones that might deal with insurance companies). Hope this helps someone searching, though late on this post :)
