I was determined to breastfeed my baby this go 'round, but I was met with sore, cracked, bleeding nipples in the hospital. It honestly felt like a knife was trying to remove them every time she nursed. Finally, after deciding lanolin alone wasn't cutting it, a nurse brought these to me. WOW, soothing relief! Sure, they're pricy, but I only needed them at the very beginning, and they're still cheaper than formula.
