20 rooms have been held at the Comfort Suites Elgin for this conference. . The Sherman rate is $79.00 per night. Simply mention the Medela/Sherman Hospital room block” when making the reservation. For anyone wishing to stay longer, the rate will remain the same. There is no cut off time to receive the discount. At registration, Sherman Hospital discount needs to be mentioned. They offer a full breakfast, will open breakfast early the morning of the conference, and they have a happy hour from 5 - 7 p.m. Shuttle service will be offered to the hospital the day of the conference. They also have a Hertz rental car service there if anyone needs a car while they are here.
