Description

This program describes how breastpumps can be used to preserve and maintain breastmilk delivery to infants.  The evolution of breastpumps, infant suckling, 2-Phase Expression® technology and the research of Dr. Peter E. Hartmann are presented.  A discussion of essential components of a quality breastpump is also included. Program participants are able to inspect various breastpumps currently available in the market during a hands-on session.
