The Care Connection is Western New York’s oldest freestanding Lactation & Wellness Center. Since 1985 we have been providing families with the tools they need to be strong and healthy as a new baby arrives.
The quality of our service is untouchable. We focus as much on prenatal and postpartum education as we do on lactation services and breastfeeding equipment. Our staff of six board certified lactation consultants answer our clients’ questions professionally and confidentially. Our professionally taught educational classes provide essential information in a relaxed and comfortable setting. Western New York insurance companies have realized the value of Care Connection classes and reimburse for many of them.
Medela breastpumps and equipment have always been number one in our store. Over the years we have expanded our horizons to include other breastpump manufacturers, but time has proven that the Medela breastpumps are of the highest quality and are long-lasting. We are now proud to say that Medela is the ONLY breastpump for sale in our retail store.
In addition to personal use breastpumps and equipment, The Care Connection provides both the Symphony and Lactina rental breastpumps and double pumping kits. We work closely with local hospitals to be sure there is an adequate supply of rental pumps available and we will pro-rate usage, even if it is for short term.
The Care Connection carries a full range of Medela products and supplies including Intimate Apparel.
