These nursing pads work well. However, my issue is with the adhesive. When going to change out pads, I removed the used pad only to find that the adhesive stuck to my bra and did not come away when the pad was removed. Luckily I was able to peel away the adhesive. But when your baby is crying having to take the time to peel the adhesive out of your bra is highly inconvenient. Thankfully this issue does not occur with my cotton nursing sports bra, just my nice everyday nursing bra.

I loved Medela nursing pads. Didn't even care if they were the cheapest or not. Never even paid attention because I loved them so much. Then I picked up a box last week and found they had changed to these more square shaped thicker pads with yellow on them instead of the old thinner pink ones. The other ones absorbed so much better and faster in my opinion and were so much thiner. I'll finish the box but will be trying other brands now unless I can find stores still stocked with the old ones. I feel like I have a panty liner in my bra now.

Thank you! I'll just take this box back then! When I saw that the old ones weren't at the store I nearly panicked. I'm extremely particular about things. The pink Medela pads were the only ones I was willing to use, but if they are thicker than the old ones- I'm not even going to bother to open the box. I tried all of the other nursing pads that were out there with my first child, Medela were the only ones that worked for me. Now that they've changed I'm going to have to try and see if any one else stepped up their games.
