Answer:
Loss and Damage will cover a portion of the loss of rented equipment if an account has a fire or theft in their home or where their store is based. The account must file a police report and submit the report to their insurance company. Medela does request a copy of the police report along with what the insurance company will not pay and Medela will cover the difference.
