What happens if the Rental Station does not have the required paperwork for lost equipment?   


Answer:

Medela requires that a completed, signed contract be submitted to Medela to enact the Loss and Damage waiver. If the Rental Station has lost a piece of equipment or has not secured a complete contract, the Rental Station remains responsible for the equipment. Which could include billing the station for the lost or damaged equipment.


I had an Evenflo pump before I bought this pump and the motor burned out on me really quick. I then bought a Medela, since it's a brand well-known for quality pumps...
