How do Rental Stations get the Loss & Damage Waiver?   


Answer:

The Rental Station has the option when they sign their rental contract to accept or decline this waiver on the rental contract. A Rental Station may also request this at any time by sending in a signed and dated letter requesting the waiver to Customer Service. The waiver is not retroactive and there is a fee.
